Description
A delicate blend of Grenache and Mourvedre from the Hilltops region blended with juicy Hunter Valley Shiraz. Lifted red fruits, dusty supporting oak and a fresh finish of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is light on its feet with soft fleshy red fruits and a long delicate finish. Spending 16 months in a 5 year old Foudre large format oak and a further 6 months in old French oak. Paired with light meats or a delicious tagine.
