Tempranillo
Vibrant aromas of violets and plush cherries with layers of soft blueberries and spice on the palate.
Chardonnay
Creamy layers of stone fruit with silky undertones. An elegant and modern style with a seamless and textured finish.
Grenache
Bright in colour, bursting with aromas of sour cherries and strawberries. A delicate palate with plush dark fruits, layers of spice and a velvet finish.
Gruner Veltliner
Aromas of candied lime and grapefruit with crisp pink apples on the palate. A fine balance of acidity and sweetness with a refreshing finish.
Rose
Light pink in colour with a modern and delicate palate. Bursting with vibrant fruits and strawberries on the palate, rose petal on the nose.
Untamed Semillon
Aromatics of lemongrass and herbal notes, fermented on skins for textural complexity, with a bright, fresh and balanced palate of juicy tropical fruits.
Pinot Gris
Floral and citrus blossom aromas with a full-bodied and vibrant palate. Layers of stone fruit, citrus and juicy tropical fruits with a delicate hint of soft pear.
Hunter Shiraz
A delicate, savoury palate of dark fruits and earthy undertones. Floral notes with a balance of spice expressing an abundance of structure and length.
Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre
A fresh finish of cinnamon, nutmeg and dusty oak. A light and delicate structure delivering soft, fleshy red fruits.
